•    Access Creel: Daily probability (p1) is based weekends, weekday and number of weekend and number of weekdays in each month. From February 15 to March 31, weekend and weekday are both weighted 50%. From April 1 to June 15, weekend is weighted 70% and weekday is weighted 30%. From February 15 to March 31, AM shift is defined as 7 am to 1 pm. PM shift is defined as from 2 hours after sunset minus six hours. AM shift is weighted 20% while PM shift is weighted 80%. From April 1 to June 15, AM shift is defined as 8 am to 2 pm.
