Stockton Access Creel was conducted in 2015 and 2016 from February 15th-June 15th; Mutton Area Roving Creel was conducted in both 2015 and 2016 from March 15th to November 15th .
Data Collection Assumptions

•    Access Creel: Daily probability (p1) is based weekends, weekday and number of weekend and number of weekdays in each month. From February 15 to March 31, weekend and weekday are both weighted 50%. From April 1 to June 15, weekend is weighted 70% and weekday is weighted 30%. From February 15 to March 31, AM shift is defined as 7 am to 1 pm. PM shift is defined as from 2 hours after sunset minus six hours. AM shift is weighted 20% while PM shift is weighted 80%. From April 1 to June 15, AM shift is defined as 8 am to 2 pm. PM shift is defined as 2 pm to 8 pm. AM and PM shifts are both weighted 50% (p2). From February 15 to March 31, the five accesses are weighted as 31%, 31%, 8%, 25%, and 5% for Crabtree boat ramp, Stockton RB boat ramp, Orleans Trail boat ramp, bank fishing west side of dam, and bank fishing east side of dam, respectively. From April 1 to June 15, the three accesses are weighted as 46%, 46%, and 8% for Crabtree boat ramp, Stockton RB boat ramp, and Orleans Trail boat ramp, respectively.

•    Roving Creel: Roving creel survey will be conducted from March 15 to November 15 in 2015 and 2016. Survey will be stratified by month. Each day is divided into 2 sampling periods. We will use unequal probability sampling with replacement to draw sampling periods within each month.
Daily probability (p1) is based weekends, weekday and number of weekend and number of weekdays in each month. Weekends are weighted 60% while weekdays are weighted 40%. In addition, among weekdays, Monday, Thursday, and Friday receive about twice efforts as Tuesday and Wednesday. From June to August, AM shift is defined as 6 am to 1 pm. PM shift is defined as 1 pm – 8 pm. AM shift is weighted 60% while PM shift is weighted 40%. For spring (March, April, May) and fall (September, October, November), AM shift is defined as 7 am to 1 pm. PM shift is defined as 1 pm to 7 pm. In addition, if it is a weekday, then AM and PM shifts are both weighted 50%. If it is a weekend, AM is weighted 60% and PM is weighted 40% (p2).
